Introducing Fran Dupuy, our esteemed Office Manager boasting an impressive 21 years of dedicated service. Renowned for her meticulous expertise in bookkeeping, bid submissions, and the preparation of contracts and subcontracts, Fran serves as the cornerstone of our operational excellence.
Beyond her professional role, Fran finds joy in the tranquility of fishing, the strategic thrill of contract rummy, and cherishing moments with her beloved grandchildren. Fran Dupuy is not just a key player in our office; she's a multifaceted individual who brings passion and skill to both her professional and personal pursuits.

Attended LSU - B.S. Construction Management 2005
Started construction career at Cajun Industries from June 2005 to April 2006. Started working at Gray Construction in April 2006. 18 years of experience in utility, heavy highway and bridge construction. Over that span took part in estimating, planning and building 140 total projects and 36 bridges. I take pride in upholding Gray Construction’s reputation for completing projects on time, exceeding quality expectations and doing so with safety as a priority.  I believe this reputation is the result of proper, experience based planning and creating a fair, positive and cooperative environment both within the company and in our relationship with owners.

Dan Gray

Meet Dan Gray, a seasoned veteran with 38 years of expertise in heavy/civil construction. A graduate in civil engineering from UL Lafayette, Dan embarked on his journey with TL James, where he spent 2 years surveying and laying out levees and floodwalls in New Orleans.
Dan then ventured to Massachusetts and Connecticut, dedicating 5 years to estimating and planning bridgework with Kiewit. His career path led him to the West Palm Beach/Miami area, where he spent another 4 years with Kiewit, contributing to the construction of civil and road projects. In 1997, Dan returned to Louisiana, joining Barriere Construction for a few years before eventually venturing into entrepreneurship.
Now, with 25 years at the helm of Gray Construction Corp., Dan has been at the forefront of delivering quality construction projects in South Louisiana. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence have shaped a legacy of success in the field.
